1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlowIntent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

FlowIntent is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides:

• AI Trust Audits showing how AI chatbots represent your brand
• Content optimization for traditional search engines and AI answer engines
• SEO research and competitive analysis
• Automated content generation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Beta Program and Usage Limits

FlowIntent is currently in beta with the following terms:

• Usage limit: $1 USD in API usage per week for beta accounts
• Account pause: Accounts exceeding the limit are paused for 7 days
• IP blocking: Repeated limit violations may result in IP blocking
• Character limit: Chat responses limited to 4,000 characters during beta
• Upgrade path: Email support@flowintent.com to request early Premium access

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use FlowIntent to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Create multiple accounts to evade limits
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into FlowIntent. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the service.

Generated Content

You own the content generated by FlowIntent for you, subject to our right to use anonymized data for service improvement. AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited before publication.

Our Platform

FlowIntent's code, design, features, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

FlowIntent integrates with third-party services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, DataForSEO). Your use of these services through FlowIntent is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Payment and Refunds

For the beta program:

• The service is provided free of charge
• No refunds are available for free accounts

When Premium plans launch, payment terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

9. Disclaimers

FlowIntent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific SEO or ranking results
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Compatibility with all systems

AI-generated content should always be reviewed, fact-checked, and edited before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowIntent and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months (currently $0 for beta users).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowIntent from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent or abusive activity
• If required by law
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
